NC1 Design designed the interior for B&I Office, creating a workspace that balances functionality with a sense of openness and warmth. The layout integrates zones for focused work, casual meetings, and social interaction, unified through a cohesive material palette of wood, tiles, and textured surfaces.
Accents of deep blue bring visual identity and contrast to the neutral tones, while greenery softens the atmosphere. The design aims to enhance both productivity and comfort — transforming the office into a space that reflects modern working culture and brand character.
At the reception area, a deep blue backdrop accented with brass lettering introduces the company’s identity, while patterned flooring and natural greenery soften the formal tone.
Moving inward, the pantry and communal counter serve as a casual hub where staff can relax, gather, or hold informal discussions. Here, warm wood finishes meet blue tiled surfaces, creating a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere.
The main working area adopts a neutral palette to promote focus, enhanced by natural daylight and flexible seating arrangements. Meeting rooms and private booths are integrated along the perimeter, offering spaces for concentration and confidentiality when needed.
Acoustic finishes and textured materials help maintain comfort and reduce noise within the open-plan layout.
NC1 Design balanced solid materials such as wood, stone, and metal with greenery and soft lighting to create a calm, stable atmosphere. The result is a refined, functional workspace that reflects B&I’s professionalism while fostering comfort and belonging.
