OMAKASE K is a sushi restaurant that faithfully adheres to the orthodox, traditional techniques and styles that are the origins of sushi.
The interior highlights the chef’s counter as the central stage, framed by natural wood, textured stone, and soft, indirect lighting to create a serene yet dignified atmosphere. Minimalist details and shoji-inspired partitions emphasize intimacy and authenticity, ensuring guests experience the focus and discipline of traditional sushi-making.
Complementing the space, NC1 Design designed the visual identity across printed menus, exterior signage, and a responsive website.
The unified branding enhances the restaurant’s sense of refinement and cultural integrity, positioning OMAKASE K as both a dining destination and a guardian of sushi heritage.
